General
- I keep the rights to the Artwork and thus am allowed to Upload the Artwork Freely to different social Media and My Portfolio as I see fit with credits given to the customer
- You may upload the Artwork to your own social media with proper Credit given to me
- Do not remove my Signature and/or watermark from the finished picture
- The Artwork is for personal use Only, unless a commercial Contract was created with me before purchase
- By Purchasing a commission, you agree to all T.O.S.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reasonPayment
- Payment will always be in EURO (€). Please check the conversion rate to USD or other currencies relevant to you
- Paypal Fees are covered by me as by Paypals T.O.S
- payment must be made either in full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
- I will only start working on your commission once the agreed upon payment is completeRefund Policy
- Full refund will only be granted if I have not started at all
- Partial Refund will depend on how much work was already done
- Once the Artwork is done there will be no RefundsProcedure
- You will be actively involved in my work Process to avoid big changes in the final stages of the painting
- I will send out WIP during the following stages:
-Sketch/composition Stage
-Colour composition stage
-if I decide to try drastic changes
-Final Render for final minor changes
- Once I actively start working on your order, it might take me 2-10 days to finish your commission, depending on the complexity of the order and on how fast you can give me feedback during the wip stages
